Sol-Bean Memphis News

Sol-Bean Memphis made it's culinary debut in 2010 converting our favorite southern foods into plant-based options.  By using basic cooking techniques, most menu choices were made from scratch.  Clients were able to enjoy meatless meals and bakes (steaks, chicken-fried steak, tofu-chicken, tofu eggs, cakes, pies and more...) without skipping flavor and texture. 


Well...sometimes good things come to an end..

I am sad to announce that Sol-Bean Memphis is no longer catering!

Moving Forward...

Plant-based diets are becoming more popular, and Chef Clumsy will produce more cook-with-me videos to banish most fears about cooking with certain plant-based table staples.
