Sol-Bean Memphis made it's culinary debut in 2010 converting our favorite southern foods into plant-based options. By using basic cooking techniques, most menu choices were made from scratch. Clients were able to enjoy meatless meals and bakes (steaks, chicken-fried steak, tofu-chicken, tofu eggs, cakes, pies and more...) without skipping flavor and texture.
Well...sometimes good things come to an end..
